Ho trovato i video di formazione e Gerry al banco di supporto/al telefono, MOLTO utili per aiutarmi a navigare nel sistema. I video mi permettevano di “cercare per nome” e comunque ho inserito l'oggetto sotto “cerca”, mi ha indirizzato a un video che mi ha aiutato. Gerry è stato FANTASTICO, molto paziente e ben informato sia tramite telefono che tramite e-mail, quindi il loro supporto è eccellente.
Presso Mount St. Josephs, utilizziamo solo il lato di manutenzione preventiva/delle risorse del programma, ma è facile inserirlo dall'interno eWorkOrders Oltre a caricare i dati da un foglio di calcolo Excel. Abbiamo oltre 10 edifici/proprietà da gestire, quindi è molto semplice configurare ogni edificio e i relativi asset. Mi ha permesso di acquisire pochi o molti dati su un asset (ad esempio, una caldaia), allegare manuali, impostare una pianificazione per l'invio automatico di un promemoria per la manutenzione preventiva (PM), chiudere la manutenzione preventiva (PM) al termine del lavoro, includendo anche i commenti. Permette a VOI o a un responsabile di stabilimento di visualizzare i dati acquisiti. I piani a lungo termine prevedono che il nostro team di manutenzione utilizzi il dispositivo portatile (iPad) per accedere al sistema da remoto. Al momento, stampo qualsiasi PM generato e lo consegno al membro del team appropriato. È possibile generare report per monitorare ordini, asset, edifici, ecc.
È molto facile da usare per impostare i membri del tuo team per l'assegnazione di un'attività e il monitoraggio, nonché per comunicare via e-mail con chiunque abbia bisogno di essere informato.
La configurazione iniziale potrebbe richiedere un po' di tempo, a seconda della quantità di dati già presenti in formato elettronico. Abbiamo oltre 1000 asset elencati. Il precedente amministratore li aveva caricati tutti e il mio compito era quello di riempire i dati mancanti e impostare la pianificazione. A causa di vincoli di budget, non abbiamo il personale al completo e un vero tecnico che inserisse alcuni dati sarebbe stato gradito (questo è un nostro problema, non eWorkOrders!).
Ho trovato il sistema facile da usare, con molteplici funzioni che non sono ancora state utilizzate, ma un ottimo supporto per darti ciò di cui hai bisogno.
